Better living through improv?

I'm a student of improvisational performance with the Cleveland troupe Friends With Benefits...where charity is always a member of the cast.

I started improv classes because I wanted playtime. Wanted to be being and connecting in The Moment (instead of a million miles away in my head). Wanted to learn a new perspective, new approaches. To laugh more. To feel freer. And just to see what would happen.
